A cup of coffee contains 345 individual flavour elements and it’s the roaster’s job to extract these flavours in perfect balance. We have developed our own roasting system that combines the art of coffee roasting with the science of producing perfection and consistency.

The beans are roasted to give a bright and flavourful medium-bodied coffee that is ground to a medium-fine grind for cafetieres and filter coffee makers.
